Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, we respectfully ask you cancel within 12 business hours of your scheduled booking. Any cancellations made less than 12 hours of the booking will result in a cancellation fee of $25. We understand emergencies occur and plans change, we just ask you please stay in touch as we are willing to work with you.
